A ribbon cutting ceremony and reception was held recently at St. Peter Manor to celebrate the grand re-opening of 283 apartment units at the complex. A Tennessee Housing Development Agency Housing Credit Program allocation helped finance the project, which includes new upgrades to roofs, the parking lot, the common areas and Energy Star appliances.
